Using this website

The content on this site is provided for information. Product photographs, illustrations, capacity figures and material descriptions are indicative: your approved sample and signed specification control what we manufacture.

You may not copy our photography, illustrations or written content for your own commercial use without written permission.

Quotations

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and are subject to the specification, quantity, material and printing method confirmed in writing. Prices are normally quoted FOB Guangzhou or Shenzhen in US dollars. Duties, taxes and destination charges are the buyer's responsibility unless we agree otherwise.

Material and freight costs can move with the market. We will tell you before any confirmed order is affected.

Samples and tooling

Sample fees are quoted before work starts and are refunded against confirmed bulk orders above the stated threshold. Custom screens, plates, moulds and dies are produced for your artwork and remain charged once produced.

Sampling and bulk production begin after you approve the sample or specification in writing.

Orders, lead time and payment

Production lead time is counted from the date we receive your written approval, deposit and any customer-supplied materials or artwork. Delays caused by late approvals, artwork changes or shipping-line space are outside our control, and we will keep you informed week by week.

Payment terms are confirmed on the proforma invoice, typically a deposit with the balance before shipment.

Your artwork and intellectual property

You confirm that you own or are licensed to use any logo, artwork or design you send us, and that producing it does not infringe a third party's rights. We use your artwork only to make your order, and we do not display your product or brand publicly without your permission.

Quality and claims

Goods are produced to the approved sample and inspected before shipment; inspection reports are shared on request. If goods do not match the approved specification, tell us within 14 days of receipt with photographs and packing details so we can investigate, repair, replace or credit as appropriate.

This website and our quotations do not limit any rights you have under the applicable law of the contract.

Governing law

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, contracts are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China and disputes are heard by the competent court in Guangzhou.
