What we collect

When you submit a quote or contact form we receive the details you type in: your name, company, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, shipping country, and the project details you describe (product, quantity, target price, timeline, artwork links).

We also receive standard technical information that any web server logs, such as the page you submitted from and your approximate country.

Why we use it

We use your details for one purpose: to prepare and discuss your quotation, samples and order. That includes replying to your enquiry, asking clarifying questions, sending pricing and lead times, and arranging samples or shipments.

We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not add you to marketing lists unless you ask us to.

Who can see it

Your enquiry is handled by our sales team. Where it is necessary to answer you, limited details may be shared with the email provider that delivers our messages, our courier and forwarding partners for samples, and a third-party inspection company if you ask us to book one. Each of these receives only what the task requires.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not profile visitors. Form submissions are sent directly to our sales team.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to quote and, if you order, for the period our accounting and quality records require. If you ask us to delete your enquiry and there is no open order or legal obligation to keep it, we delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Email evan.funkytek@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to object to processing and to complain to your local data protection authority.
