Site A handles cutting, printing and hardware prep. Site B runs our sewing lines and final assembly — with QC between every stage, not just at the end.

Pattern & Sample

Your tech pack is graded, mock-ups are sewn and fittings are reviewed with you before anything goes to bulk.

Cutting

Layers are cut to nest-optimized markers, with fabric inspection and shade-banding control per roll.

Sewing & Assembly

Line leaders run gold-seal samples beside each operator; work-in-progress is checked every two hours.

QC & Packing

100% inspection against your sign-off sample, drop and cycle tests, then polybag and carton packing.
