Why Quality Control Fails

Most quality issues in bag production stem from a lack of clear communication during the sampling stage. At Verlora Bags, we mitigate this through a 4-stage inspection process.

Stage 1: Raw Material Verification

We test fabric tensile strength and colorfastness before cutting starts. This ensures the 'Midnight Navy' you ordered doesn't arrive as 'Ocean Blue'.

Stage 2: Inline Inspection

During sewing, our QC leads check the stitch density (typically 7-9 stitches per inch) and seam reinforcement at stress points like handles and straps.

Stage 3: Hardware and Zipper Cycle Test

We cycle zippers 50 times and check metal plating for burrs or sharp edges that could damage the contents of the bag.

Stage 4: Pre-Shipment Audit

A final random audit based on AQL 2.5 standards ensures packing integrity and carton labeling are 100% correct for international customs.
